Despite the name, Urban Estate reads more like the site of a developer or construction firm than an agency listing homes. This Webflow template by Maxim White opens on a pale tower rising out of a navy to teal gradient, with the words "Urban Estate" sliding across the bottom in huge letters that alternate between solid white and thin outlines. A small serif "the" sits in front of the uppercase logo, the only serif on a site otherwise set in Albert Sans.
The homepage keeps returning to one idea: an architectural photo against a soft gradient, paired with a big uppercase headline. After the hero come a vision statement, a slider of dated news cards showing red, pink and white towers on pale grey, a mission panel with a red facade fading into dusky rose, a row of four services with small icons, a checklist block beside a white apartment tower, a centered testimonial slider, client logos, and a teal "Ready to build your dream project?" panel. The navy footer carries the name in giant faint outlines. The News page repeats "News" in solid and outlined type above a two-column grid. We like how consistent the photo treatment is: every building is shot against a plain sky, so the color shifts between sections feel planned.
On a 390px phone the tower moves to the bottom of the hero, the tagline sits top left, and the sliding name still runs across the foot of the screen.
We'd pick it for a developer, builder or architecture practice that wants to show finished projects. Before buying, know that the demo has no property listings or search, and most body text is still placeholder Latin.
