We've published 23 real estate templates, 13 on Webflow and 10 on Framer, and only two demo a filterable listings catalog. We ranked the 9 worth shortlisting for agencies, single properties and new developments, including four free picks.
Buyers browse property sites on their phones between viewings, and they want three answers fast: what's for sale, what it costs, and who to call. Plenty of real estate website templates look expensive in a screenshot and then hide the listings inside a slider or bury the agent's number at the foot of the page.
We've published 23 templates in our Real Estate & Property category: 13 on Webflow, 10 on Framer, and none on Shopify. Seven of them are free. The tag covers two different kinds of site, so we've ranked our 9 picks in two groups: templates for agencies and listings, and templates for developers, new developments and single properties that market a project rather than a catalog.
Every score comes from our multi-reviewer process, where designers and developers with 10 or more years of experience score each template independently and we publish the average. You can browse all 23 on our real estate templates page.
Pick the platform by how many properties you'll show. Webflow is the stronger fit for agencies and brokers: its CMS stores each listing as a structured item with fields for price, bedrooms, floor area and status, and filter pages pull from that data automatically. Framer suits motion-led sites with a small, stable set of properties, such as a single development or a holiday villa. Shopify isn't built for property, and we haven't published a Shopify theme in this category. Our Webflow vs Framer vs Shopify comparison goes deeper on the platform question.

Ranked by Overall Score. Each entry links to its review page, where a screen recording of the full homepage plays on a loop.

Design: 9.2/10
Dev: 9.3/10
Price: $79
Best for: agencies and brokerages with a rotating catalog of sale and rental listings
RealEsta. is the most complete listing template we've published. Deveb opens with the name in a heavy sans that fills the viewport, then a hero card over a terracotta interior reading "Find your dream home", followed by a property carousel. Each card carries a sale or rent label, an address, specs and a price. The warm terracotta, beige and cream palette with a lime contact button gives it more personality than the grey corporate look common in this category.
Dev: 9.3/10 reflects real data structure. Nine CMS lists power the homepage, the listing catalog filters by status and type, and an agents carousel cycles through profiles. About, services, blog and contact pages ship too.
Worth knowing: the design leans on carousels throughout, so thin photography on even a few listings or agent profiles will make it feel repetitive.

Design: 9.2/10
Dev: 9.1/10
Price: $49
Best for: boutique agencies and independent brokers who want listings to look calm and expensive
HOMORA does almost everything in black, white and pale grey, so the property photos supply all the color. NutsDev puts a wide shot of terraced villas at the top and "Trusted real estate partner" beneath it in huge, light uppercase type, with a black Explore Listings pill to the side. Listing cards are disciplined: a square-cornered photo, the property name in capitals, the price on the right, floor area and room count beneath.
Dev: 9.1/10 covers a Listings page with All, For Sale and For Rent filters above a three-column grid, a CMS blog, and a "Get a property estimate today" band with an email field. At $49, it's the best-value listing template in our library.
Worth knowing: the all-caps body copy gets hard to read in longer paragraphs, so keep blog intros short.

Design: 7.2/10
Dev: 7.5/10
Price: $99
Best for: independent property consultants and small agencies that want an agent-led site on Framer
NESTOVIA puts a person in front of the properties. Vaibhavv's first screen pairs "Live Beyond Walls" in large black sans type with a second line whose last word, "Beautifully", sits cut out over a slanted strip of a modern house photo. A floating profile card for a property consultant, with a short pitch and a dark Talk to expert pill, takes the top right, and the header lists an address, email and phone number before you scroll. Design: 7.2/10 places it in our 7.0 to 7.9 range, which means the template delivers with caveats.
Dev: 7.5/10 covers CMS-driven project and blog sections, layout templates, slideshows, a contact page and a styled 404. The catch for an agency is that its feature list names a projects page, not a filterable listings catalog.
Worth knowing: at $99 it costs twice as much as HOMORA, which scores higher on both axes and ships a real listings page.

Design: 7.1/10
Dev: 7.3/10
Price: Free
Best for: agencies that want a free Webflow starting point with CMS, a blog and a dark style
Homeifye is the stronger of our two free Webflow real estate templates. Flowfye lists the CMS, a blog, ecommerce, background video and slideshows among its features, in a dark, corporate style. We haven't published a written review yet. Both scores sit in our 7.0 to 7.9 range, which means the template delivers with caveats.
Worth knowing: expect to spend real time on design refinement; at Design: 7.1/10 it's a foundation, not a finished look.

Design: 7.0/10
Dev: 7.2/10
Price: Free
Best for: individual agents who want a free personal site on Framer with a blog
Realest carries our Personal tag alongside Real Estate, which makes it a fit for an agent's own brand rather than an agency. Amar KZR's free Framer template lists the CMS, a blog, layout templates, sticky scrolling and a custom cursor, in a light style with gradients. There's no written review yet, so we'll leave it there.
Worth knowing: scores in the low 7s mean you're getting a usable base, so budget time for design refinement before launch.

Design: 7.1/10
Dev: 6.9/10
Price: Free
Best for: small agencies and independent brokers who need a free one-page Webflow site
Of everything on this list, Homura is the only single-page build. Kahade Studio sets "Built for Modern Living Solutions" in a heavy black sans on the left, fades a photo of a white, stone-clad modernist house in from the right, and puts a square black Get Started button under a short intro. The About, Properties and Services links in the header jump to sections on the same page, which continues with testimonials, an FAQ and a contact form.
Design: 7.1/10 and Dev: 6.9/10 average to an Overall of 7.0/10, the floor for our library. The feature list includes the CMS, scroll effects and a styled 404, and the creator describes the Properties block as a showcase section, with pricing for services alongside it, rather than a listings catalog.
Worth knowing: one page caps how many properties you can show well, so an agency with a growing catalog will outgrow it quickly.
These templates market one property or one project rather than a large catalog. They suit property developers, agents launching a new building, and owners of a single villa or retreat.

Design: 8.8/10
Dev: 8.7/10
Price: Free
Best for: owners of a single holiday villa, guesthouse or small retreat who want a free direct-booking site
Villa Sofia is the highest scoring free template in this category, and it's built for one property rather than many. ena supply paces the homepage like a brochure: a full-screen terrace photo with a white EB Garamond headline and an Inquire button, then interior shots on warm off-white. The amenity list is the detail we like most, two ruled columns of large serif text running from floor area to a rooftop plunge pool, which reads far better than a row of icons.
Dev: 8.7/10 reflects a small, tidy build: a gallery page, a guest quote slider, a local sights section and a contact form. Its feature list includes no CMS, which is fine for a single property.
Worth knowing: the amenity and local sights copy is written for one specific island, so rewrite both line by line for your own property.

Design: 8.4/10
Dev: 8.3/10
Price: $49
Best for: property developers that want a corporate, typographic site with CMS and services pages
We haven't published a written review of Urban Estate yet, so this entry sticks to its scores and listed features. Maxim White's template is light, corporate and typographic, with the CMS, a blog, a services page, a projects page and slideshows on its feature list. Design: 8.4/10 and Dev: 8.3/10 both sit in our strong band.
Worth knowing: its feature list names a projects page rather than a listings catalog, so check in the preview how property data would fit before you buy.

Design: 7.2/10
Dev: 7.0/10
Price: $79
Best for: agents and developers marketing one new building or apartment development through its sales launch
Aquay sells a single development, not a portfolio of homes. Medium Rare opens with "Inspired Luxury" in enormous dark green Garamond capitals, staggered across two lines on warm off-white above a wide interior photo. The menu reads Brochure, Gallery, Registration, About and News, which is roughly the order a buyer moves through an off-plan launch.
The page set follows that sales cycle. There are three brochure layouts, three gallery layouts and three registration pages (a dark contact form, a meet-the-agents version and a single-agent version), plus a Coming Soon page for the pre-launch campaign. News runs on the CMS, so you can post construction updates as the building goes up. Dev: 7.0/10 sits at the bottom of our 7.0 to 7.9 range, so open the build in the preview before you commit.
Worth knowing: the creator only mentions the CMS for news articles, so expect brochure details such as unit types and prices to be edited by hand.
Yes, one stands out. Villa Sofia (Design: 8.8/10, Dev: 8.7/10) is the best free pick for a single rental property, and it's on Framer. Three more free templates made our list, Homeifye, Realest and Homura, and all three score between 7.0/10 and 7.2/10 overall, so treat them as starting points rather than finished sites.
None of the free options demos a filterable listings catalog. Agencies with many listings will get more from HOMORA at $49. Browse every free option on our free templates page or the free Framer templates list. Once you've picked a Framer template, our guide on how to customize a Framer template covers the build that follows.
Every template in our library has an Overall Score of 6.9 or above, the average of its Design Score and Dev Score. Designers score visual quality, developers score build quality, and each published number averages their independent scores. Creator reputation and marketplace ratings play no part. The full process is on our methodology page.
We left out 14 of the 23 tagged templates because they serve different buyers, not because of their scores. Most are architecture and interior design studio templates, including ArcArch (Design: 9.8/10, Dev: 9.6/10) and FoundFormed (Design: 9.3/10, Dev: 9.5/10), which present a firm's own projects rather than properties for sale or rent. The rest are built for an architectural visualization studio, a home improvement contractor and a wellness retreat.
A quick way to compare: hover over any card on our listing pages and it plays a looping screen recording of that template's full homepage, no external tabs needed.
