Offset is a Webflow template by StaticMotion for an architecture and design studio, and its whole look comes from a drafting-table grid. The hero is a looping video of a river running between glass towers. Navigation sits in a row of ruled cells along the top in small typewriter-style caps, with the logo in the middle cell. "Offset" is set huge in the center in Bdogrotesk, flanked by the words Architecture and Studio, and a bottom bar shows the city, map coordinates and an Explore arrow. It's cool, grey and precise, with most photos desaturated so the buildings read like models.
Faint vertical grid lines run behind the entire homepage, and a section index pinned to the right edge marks your place with a small black square as you scroll through About, Figures, Work, Expertise, Areas and News. After a two-column About statement come large figures in a ruled grid, four project panels side by side, numbered full-width images for architecture, engineering, interiors and outdoor design, and areas of work such as residential, office and hospitality, each with a bullet list and an offset photo. Article cards and a Get in Touch panel follow. The Studio page swaps to a green facade photo with four value tabs. We like the pinned index: on a page this long, it keeps you oriented without a sticky header.
On a 390px phone the framed video stays, the logo centers between the two words, and the navigation folds into a single Menu cell.
We'd pick Offset for an architecture, engineering or interior practice with strong building photography. Before launch, replace the figures grid: the project totals, savings, retention rate and average budget are demo claims visitors will read as yours.
Based on the live demo, viewed on desktop and on a phone. The Design and Dev scores come from separate independent reviews. See how we score templates.
