Oscar Studio is a portfolio and agency template built by Slate Dept for design studios, digital agencies, and creative consultancies. The homepage opens with full-screen video behind oversized white type that reads "OSCAR" with the registered trademark symbol in the top right corner. Below the video, a tagline appears: "Building sharp digital ideas for today and beyond." The type is set in Bdogrotesk, a geometric sans-serif that gives the whole design a crisp, contemporary feel. The palette is neutral, mostly white and black with occasional muted photography.
The template includes a services page, a work portfolio with individual project detail pages, an about page, a news section with article posts, a contact page, a pricing page, and a careers page. It includes a 404 page, forms, and background video. Animation is present, the work grid uses the Webflow CMS for projects, and the news section uses CMS for articles. We like the three-column approach to describing the agency's philosophy, it's a simple way to communicate values without filler.
The mobile screenshot shows the homepage stacks cleanly. The large "OSCAR" type scales down but remains readable, the video background plays behind it, and the menu collapses into a hamburger. The layout is single column, and the text remains legible at 390px width.
Agencies with strong project photography and a clear editorial voice for their blog will get the most from it. One thing to check: the demo leans heavily on lifestyle and product imagery, so you'll need a good library of photos to match the tone. The template gives you the structure for a full agency site, but the visual impact depends on the images you bring.
Based on the live demo, viewed on desktop and on a phone. The Design and Dev scores come from separate independent reviews. See how we score templates.
