Fabric is Shopify's own theme for clothing and homeware brands that think in editorial campaigns. The hero is a grainy film-style video of two men by a 4x4 in the desert, with "Fabric" blown up across it in heavy white Geist and a small Shop now link at the bottom. The header stays thin: Womenswear, Menswear, and Home on the left, a bold wordmark centered once you scroll, and search, account, and bag icons on the right.
The homepage reads like a lookbook. New this season pairs a short line about fibers with a sideways carousel of cropped outfit photos, and then three tall image tiles labeled Home, Menswear, and Womenswear sit edge to edge, each with a small white tag in the corner. Another wide video frame shows a car crossing sand, with Earth-inspired garments and Discover the collection in small type underneath. New Arrivals shows the Tefnut pieces on plain backgrounds with color dots under each price. Instant Classics lays the garments out flat on light grey next to a short paragraph, and an oversized email field leads into a plain footer. The product page splits into a grid of model photos on the left and a white column on the right with color swatches, boxed sizes, a black Add to cart bar, and accordions for details, care, and fit.
On a phone, the wordmark still spans the full width over the video, which crops to a tight portrait shot.
We'd pick Fabric for apparel and lifestyle labels with real campaign footage and a small, focused range. The design depends on that video and photography, so plan for it. The demo product page also carries a note pointing to another retailer, which you'll need to remove.
