Eclipse is Fluorescent Design's Shopify theme for activewear and lifestyle brands, and this demo sells running and training gear with real energy. A coral announcement bar scrolls along the top, and the hero plays a full-bleed video of a runner under a massive, heavy ECLIPSE wordmark that spans the width. Below it, "Supported Running" is set in thin uppercase type with a white Shop All pill. The header sits transparently over the footage with Shop, By Activity, Sale, and Community, a currency picker, and a small coral cart counter.
Fluorescent builds the homepage around ways to browse. Categories sit in a carousel of tall photo cards labeled Bottoms, Hats, and Sports Bras, product rows show color swatches under each item, and an Explore All Colors section sets each color name huge with a superscript count of matching products. A shop-the-look block pairs a Marathon Ready photo with a list of the pieces and quick Add buttons. The Community section is a nice brand-building touch: city guides for running and exploring places like Zurich and Toronto, each with a Read More link. Product pages are tidy, with a thin uppercase title, the sale percentage beside the price, a soft pink note on the model's height and size, and short icon lines for fabric and fit.
On a phone, the hero becomes a slider with a compact control pill for previous, next, and pause, and the wordmark still stretches edge to edge.
We'd pick Eclipse for sportswear, running, and athleisure brands that want community content alongside the shop. The guides and lookbook sections only work with real stories and good photography, so budget time for that. The thin uppercase headings also need strong images behind them to stay readable.
