Huge black capitals spelling out a photographer's name across a white page set the tone for ASHFORD, a Framer template by NutsDev for a solo photographer. Under the name sits a neat four-column info row for specialty, availability, experience and location, each with an arrow link to About, Works, Services or Contact underneath. Then a close-up portrait against a deep red background fills the width. Funnel Sans in all caps carries every heading, and apart from that red, the photos bring all the color.
The homepage is long and unhurried. A short uppercase intro sits beside a red-lit portrait, then My Best Works lays project photos out in an uneven grid with a large gray year floating in the empty space beside each group. A red Ready to Capture Your Moments banner breaks things up before a six-tile services grid with thin line icons, an Awards and Features table listing the award, category and year, client quotes in a plain row layout, and a contact block with social links and a Send a Message button. The footer ends on the name in giant type. Each project opens a detail page with a big title, a category, date, type and location column, and a short description above full-width photos. We like the year markers in the works grid: they give a long scroll of images a quiet timeline without adding any clutter.
On a 390px phone the name breaks onto two lines, the info row becomes a two-by-two grid, and the four arrow links stack neatly under it.
We'd pick ASHFORD for a working photographer who shoots across several genres and has a deep archive. Expect to rewrite the awards table and the experience line, since both are filled with sample credentials that need to match your own.
