Adrian is a dark, one-person portfolio for a brand designer or art director that opens with nothing but a name. The demo name runs edge to edge in white caps at the top of a pure black screen, with NY, USA on the left and Brand Designer on the right far below it. Under that, a strip of project images frames a centered one-line intro set in Schibsted Grotesk. Thin vertical rules divide the page into columns throughout. The header is just the name on the left and Contact, About, Work on the right.
Mahdi Mezelli lays the homepage out like a contact sheet. Featured work places large project images in a staggered rhythm, one left, the next right, each captioned with a caps project name and a bracketed year in grey. A Clients row of logo tiles sits on dark cards, followed by two plain caps lists: Services, from art direction to UX/UI design, and Focus & Expertise. About Me pairs three short paragraphs with a tall, motion-blurred portrait on teal. The closing block lists an email and phone number in big light type above a giant Let's Talk. The Projects page repeats the idea with an oversized Projects heading.
On a phone, the name still fits in one line, the image strip turns into a row of square crops, and the intro sits inside a thin outlined box.
We'd pick Adrian for brand designers and art directors with a tight, high-contrast body of work. The black background makes bright mockups pop but can flatten darker images. The hero spells the surname differently from the header in the demo, so we'd check that your name is updated in both places, along with the contact details, client logos, and the services list.
