Highstreet is a Shopify theme by Gatame, dressed in its demo as a calm, grown-up fashion label. The hero is a full-bleed photo of a woman in a rust shirt against weathered stone, with "Welcome to our world of eternal elegance" set in Archivo and two plain white buttons for new arrivals and best sellers. The header is busy in a useful way: a script wordmark in the center, a Shop dropdown on the left, and on the right a moon icon for dark mode, a country and currency switcher, wishlist, search, account and cart.
The homepage is long and leans on merchandising blocks. An In the Spotlight row with tabs, a big word stack that cycles through New arrivals, Best sellers and On sale, a Dreamy Dresses split with clickable hotspots on the photo, a summer tops carousel, product rows that list sizes under every card, a Chic and Simple jewelry bundle, a shop-the-look image, collection tiles, shipping and returns promises, journal cards, a discount signup, a Dropping Soon video and store cards with live maps for London, Paris and New York. The product page offers a subscribe and save option next to the size buttons and a size chart link. We like the dark mode toggle most: the whole store flips to near-black and the photography looks even richer.
On a 390px phone the menu, account and wishlist icons sit left of the logo, the headline wraps to two lines, and both buttons go full width.
We'd pick Highstreet for a clothing or accessories brand with a wide catalog and good editorial photos. Plan your shoot first, though: nearly every section is built around large lifestyle images, and thin product shots would leave much of the page looking empty.
