Carbon is a Shopify theme from E-commerce Studio, shown here as a premium basics label selling hoodies, joggers and tees. It's almost entirely black, white and warm grey. The hero is a full-bleed photo of a model in a black hood against a shadowed green wall, with "Greatness. It takes everything." in condensed uppercase Fjalla One and a small white Explore Now button. Body text is Inter, kept small and tidy.
The homepage alternates product rows with big editorial moments. A centered collection intro sits above a row of collection names you can scroll through, then a Latest & Greatest carousel of flat garment shots with a soft fade and arrow on the right edge. A full-screen Timeless Essentials banner breaks things up, followed by The Convergence carousel, a band of outlined text that slides sideways, a split story block for that collection with a photo of a figure in a bare concrete room, a Join the Community row of short video clips, three service notes on shipping, returns and payments, a newsletter band, and a black footer that ends on the brand name in huge white letters. The product page keeps size buttons in a neat grid and adds a progress bar showing how far the shopper is from free shipping. We like that shipping bar: it's useful, quiet and sits right above Add to Cart.
On a 390px phone the hero photo fills the screen, the headline and button sit centered at the bottom over the image, and the menu folds into an icon beside the cart.
We'd pick Carbon for a streetwear or essentials brand with strong studio and campaign photography. Before launch, read the demo text closely: the newsletter block still shows its placeholder heading.
