Optic is an eyewear theme for Shopify by Noord, and it opens on a split hero: a tortoiseshell frame floating on pale gray under "Style in Sight" on the left, a close-up of a model in matching glasses on the right. Headings are set in Arsenal with wide letter spacing and all caps, body text in Inter, and the palette is mostly white and soft gray with a deep plum announcement bar and buttons. It reads calm and a little upmarket, closer to an optician's boutique than a fashion sale.
Below the hero, a row of round photo thumbnails jumps to styles like cat-eye, polarized and square. Then come category tiles beside a large Your Vision Our Passion banner, three full-height image panels with short captions, product carousels with filter tabs, a countdown banner with a brand logo strip, a brand story paragraph, an Up to 60% Off block, a featured product, a journal row and an Instagram grid. Product cards sit on light gray with small tags like Eyeglasses or New In. The product page adds a live stock count, delivery and in store pickup options, and in the featured block, rows for frame material and lens type. We like those spec rows: frame and lens details are exactly what glasses shoppers look for, and they sit right next to the cart button.
On a 390px phone the headline stays on one line, the frame image and Shop Now button keep their spacing, and the model photo stacks underneath.
We'd pick Optic for an independent optician or a small sunglasses label with clean product shots on plain backgrounds. Before launch, comb through the copy: the demo's search bar and New Arrivals intro still talk about furniture brands and décor, so leftover text from other presets needs replacing.
Based on the live demo, viewed on desktop and on a phone. The Design and Dev scores come from separate independent reviews. See how we score templates.
